The rapid episode often triggered by certain situation, such as: passing the bridge or speech in public especially when the situation had been caused the panic attack before. Usually, the panic situation include of one i that you feel unable to get escape. 

How to overcome the panic attack?
When you might experience one or more panic attack, you feel so worry and need some tips about what to do when having a panic attack.
-       Relaxing yourself
You can get relax by take slow, deep and complete breath. You can calm yourself by remembering that you only having panic attack and there in more serious thing was happen in you. Getting slow, deep and complete breath.
-       Stop your negative thinking
Stop your negative thinking by shouting the word stop inside your head. Shouting the word stop will send your emergency message which your brand was sending into your adrenal glands.
-       Accepting your feeling
Start to accept your feeling was important and identify what emotions was your feeling.
